Anika Kosik-Bolzmann’s consulting focus lies in corporate taxes, mainly characterized by her in-house experience in several corporate tax departments. Mrs. Kosik-Bolzmann is, therefore, familiar with the demands of tax departments from both a corporate and a consulting perspective.
In addition to income tax issues, her field of activity also includes consulting in connection with value added tax (VAT). Furthermore, Mrs. Kosik-Bolzmann advises companies on the tax structuring of reorganizations or restructurings.
